How long does it take to go live?

How does the AI handle clinical questions?

Why is there a setup fee?
Because we build your agent from scratch — your services, pricing, FAQs, booking flow, voice. A generic setup produces generic results. The setup fee covers the real work of building something that actually represents your practice.
What if we decide it's not working?
Month-to-month after onboarding. Setup fee is non-refundable (it covers our implementation investment). Monthly fees can be canceled with 30 days' notice. We return or destroy all client data within 30 days of termination.
