Clinical alert opt-in

Claustro AI runs the AI front desk for your practice. When a patient reports a possible reaction or another urgent concern to it, by phone or Instagram message, Claustro AI can text the staff your practice has designated, so a clinician can follow up promptly.

Each staff member opts in for their own mobile number. Your practice cannot opt you in on your behalf, and opting in is never a condition of your practice using Claustro AI.

Alerts come from +1 (909) 298-8905. Please save it as a contact named "Claustro AI Alerts" so alerts are not filtered as unknown-sender texts. Alerts never include patient names or health details; they link to your practice's secure dashboard, where the full report is.

We send one confirmation text after you opt in. Reply STOP at any time to stop alert texts; your practice's email alerts are not affected. For help, reply HELP or email info@claustroai.com.
